Logistics Professionals in Asia Pacific like many people today want to transition industry into an environmentally sustainable future, but they may lack the backing from their industry as well as often the knowledge to achieve that sustainable future.

Move Green solves this by opening a sharing community so that we in Asia Pacific can express our commitment to Move Green and for the more advanced begin to monitor our own regional benchmarks for what it happening in terms of interventions and roadmap ambitions.

What is Move Green?

Move Green is a movement facilitated by SUSYMBIO and other partners in the logistics community. It is working to bring zero emissions logistics services into a reality. Move Green is a movement born and focussed on the Asian Pacific community. Logistical operations in every country in Asia Pacific are in scope, and our ambition is for Asia Pacific to become a global leader for sustainable practices and logistical operations. Asia Pacific may be made up of different countries, but as a Move Green Partner and Gold Leader you will be part of a regional movement.

 

Why Join?

By joining the Move Green community you make it clear to others that your organisation is very much committed to reducing logistics operation emissions. It is a promise to your customers, the larger community and the business community of which you are a part. Display the Move Green logo on your fleets, warehouses and other locations and spread the word!

 

For organisations further along in the journey, by joining the Gold Leader program you will receive an expert pair of eyes to certify what you have done so far and the ambition that you have for the future. Successful applications will be receive the Gold Leader designation along with certificate and logo.

 

Additionally, SUSYMBIO will be producing a bi-annual “State of Sustainable Logistics in Asia Pacific” every year. You will have a view on the state of progress Asia Pacific organisations are making in terms of emission reductions. Providing the transparency necessary for business leaders. As a Gold Leader, you can use that knowledge to inspire more efforts from your team and gain support for your emission reduction initiatives in the works.

The benefits of become a Move Green Partner or Gold Leader largely depends on your level of work so far done on reducing logistical emissions so far.

  • Move Green Partner - Start the journey by taking the pledge to decarbonise. This starts your public commitment to develop a zero emission future. By sharing and promoting Move Green.

    • State your commitment to work towards an emissions free logistics environment.    

    • Promote emissions cutting for logistics by showing our Move Green logo.

It is free to apply and become a Move Green Partner. 

​

  • Move Green Gold Leader – Drive the industry by demonstrating your leadership. Gold Leaders will share their emissions data, their initiative information and their targets. Data will be collected annually and be available for benchmarking purposes.

    • Show independent verification of your emissions cutting initiatives and road map by experienced sustainability expert from the logistics industry

    • Access to Regional and International emission reducing performance statistics. You can see how you stack up against the top industry leaders. 

    • Listing on our Move Green Gold Partners list

    • Ability to use our Move Green Gold Logo

Gold Leaders will need to be certified to ensure that their data and processes meet minimum standards for accuracy and ambition. As the leaders, you will be setting the pace! To register, your information is needed. An application fee of $1,500 will be required for auditing, evaluation and approval by trusted sustainability professionals.  Approval is not guaranteed, so is Gold Leader level is not yet certified, then the applicant will be assumed to have agreed to be a Move Green Partner until conditions are met.
